Innovation Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience working in a data centric environment with strong understanding of enabling data capabilities and end to end data product lifecycle.
• Must be up to date on the current technology landscape, be technology agnostic, and have a passion for staying current and experimenting with new approaches and tools.
• Must have the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Hands on experience with projects around master data management, data quality and data governance.
• Demonstrated track record and expertise in architecting technical resolutions that include Microservices, AI/ML platforms (Dataiku, Data Robot, R Studio, Databricks Lakehouse Platform), data management & pipelines (Spark, AirFlow, Synapse, ELK), continuous integration / continuous deployment (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform), API Management (Apigee, Kong).
• Working Knowledge of MSFT Fabric, Gen-AI, CoPilot is a plus
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
• Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutions and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road-mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions.
• Strong understanding of Azure, Databricks and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
