Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
Must have experience in Suntec xVAT system.
Perform L1/L2/L3 support, any product issues co-ordinate with SunTec services team.
Coordinate with Suntec and collect the necessary information from other concerned teams with Client.
Discuss and understand the technical requirements of VAT integration with Peripheral systems
Provide technical consultation to the client w.r.t online integration of VAT inquiry with XVAT.
Review and verify the new interfaces which get added to the current instance.
Verify and review the daily incremental data of customer, branch and VAT TRN details.
If any errors or rejections in the provided data, discuss with VAT application owner for getting the corrected data.
Gathering, analyzing and assessing feasibility of functional requirements to implement is Xelerate e-invoicing.
Acting as an intermediary between Client involved stakeholders to ensure technical and business alignment with respect to VAT application.
Provide necessary reporting capabilities and analytics for VAT application.
Preparing periodic reporting and analysis to the VAT application owner on the performance of Xelerate e-invoicing and liaising with the relevant stakeholders for the detected issues.
Facilitating the collaboration between different departments (e.g., finance, IT, operation) on the matters that interfere with the operation of the Xelerate e-invoicing.
Coordinating with the stakeholders involved that act as product or service owners and collecting the necessary details (e.g. description) from them for the introduction of new codes or change in existing ones after obtaining the VAT application owner approval.
Oversee the invoice generation as per the plan shared by the VAT application owner.
Install patches in all environments running VAT application.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
