HR Intern Cum Accountant

• Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance tracking.
• Support in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions.
• Assist in payroll processing and related documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
