Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Java Tech Lead with extensive experience in E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). In this role, you will lead the development of Java-based applications, manage AWS cloud infrastructure, and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using the latest development practices.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications :

- Software Development : Strong proficiency in Java, microservices architecture, and design patterns.

- Team Leadership : Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.

- AWS : In-depth understanding of AWS services and their integrations.

- Integration Expertise : Experience with SOAP, REST, and WebFlux integration.

- Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with the E-commerce domain is a plus.

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
