Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Lead Data Analyst at Lets Viz. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on data analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee workload distribution and ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key metrics
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Translate business requirements into understanding key KPIs that can help guide decision making
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Define requirements for business dashboards.
- Pull out real-time business metrics from transactional systems/data-warehouses and understand the trends/drivers of those metrics.
- Lead and participate in daily stand-up meetings to continuously assess data needs and deliver those.
- Design and maintain Advanced dashboards that enables deeper insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions
Skills :
- Expert understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and skilled in finding important patterns and trends in the data.
- Strong problem-solving skills (ability to translate a business ask into a very concrete question and then breakdown it down into important analysis)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
- Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data analysis and reporting
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client facing role
- Bachelor s degree in either Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases
- Knowledge of ETL processes, and data warehousing principles
- Expertise in using visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI (Must Haves).
- Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.
