Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sustainability Program Manager to lead and execute initiatives aimed at creating environmentally conscious communities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing green school campuses, sustainable offices, eco-friendly apartments, and educational courses covering diverse sustainability topics.
Responsibilities
- Green Campus Development:
- Collaborate with educational institutions to implement sustainable practices and infrastructure.
- Design and oversee the development of green school campuses, incorporating eco-friendly technologies and practices.

- Sustainable Office Solutions:
- Work with corporate partners to implement sustainability practices in office spaces.
- Develop strategies for waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation in office environments.

- Eco-Friendly Apartments:
- Partner with real estate developers to integrate green and sustainable features into residential complexes.
- Provide guidance on waste management, energy-efficient systems, and community engagement for sustainable living.

- Educational Course Development:
- Design and implement educational courses on solid waste management, water conservation, sustainable food and lifestyle, natural cleaners, renewable energy, etc.
- Tailor courses for various age groups and demographics to ensure broad community engagement.

- Teaching and Facilitation:
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and classes on sustainability topics.
- Engage with students, teachers, and community members to promote awareness.

- Community Outreach:
- Engage with local communities to raise awareness about sustainability practices.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and events to promote sustainable living.

- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of sustainability projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Teaching experience in educational institutions or in informal education.
- Proven experience in sustainability program management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of sustainable practices in education, corporate environments, and residential settings.
- Familiarity with waste management, water conservation, renewable energy, and other sustainability concepts.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including educational institutions, businesses, and community groups.
- Fundamental computer skills encompassing proficiency in MS Office suite, internet navigation, and Google suite
