Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing and SEO Executive for International Media Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Leo MarComs various magazines and websites and industry-specific content platfroms. You will work with various teams to enhance our SEO, online presence, increase audience engagement, and drive targeted traffic to our digital platforms. As part of a leading communications and media firm, your role will be key in promoting industry news and delivering relevant, timely content to our B2B audience across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid ads, etc.) to support our websites B2B media presence and services.
• SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, rankings, and traffic for both our industry magazines and digital platforms. Manage PPC campaigns to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
• Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms, ensuring content is aligned with industry trends and audience needs.
• Website Management: Oversee website content updates, user experience improvements, and traffic analysis to ensure effective online engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and report on key metrics.
• Lead Generation: Create and manage lead generation campaigns, from landing page design to email marketing, to support our B2B sales team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, design, and sales teams to ensure digital content aligns with company goals and provides value to our audience.
• Email Marketing: Execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and drip email sequences to engage our B2B subscribers and increase retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B environments or media/communications industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with creating and managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Added Advantage

• Experience in B2B digital marketing or working in a media publishing environment.
• Familiarity and working with CRM / CMS / AI tools will be a big bonus.
