Sr Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Configure customer onboarding digital journeys on Lentras LOS using workflows.

- Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Value Workshops and Product Demonstrations for Lentra Products.

- Understanding and creating the flow diagram for the loan origination and at various levels.

- Able to identify client's business needs and current practices & ability to cross sell products.

- Gathering business requirement, mapping the requirement with system, Gap Analysis & building the solution to meet client expectations.

- Preparation of BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification.

- Document), Gap Analysis documents and Write User Stories.

- Interaction with Development Teams and Product Teams for solutions & enhancements to be undertaken in the Product as per requirement from different customers and competitor offerings.

- Will be working in Agile Methodology.

- Excellent relationship management skills & customer orientation approach.

Candidate Requirement:

Candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in following areas:

- BFSI, preferably Lending domain experience.

- Technology product development/implementation/product migration/portfolio conversion expertise.

- Deep domain knowledge in unsecured/secured lending products including Personal loan, consumer durable, micro finance, Agri loans, Business loan, OD loan, Home loans, Mortgage, Vehicle loans, Gold loan, Working capital, Cash credit, Lease finance.

- Products could include Lead management, application processing, BRE, LMS, Credit bureau , Risk, Fraud, MIS.

- Must have expertise in product development, implementation.

- Developing/managing SAAS products with API first, Cloud native technologies.

- Working knowledge of API, JSON.

- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
