Manager - IT Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and mitigate risk across the IT organization
• Enhancing internal control systems to boost efficiency and reduce risk.
• Responsible for executing complex audits; assist in the performance of critical project management duties including the planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting of the work of IT Compliance teams; and providing expertise in auditing standards and performance criteria, audit requirements, and information technology skills
• Execution of assignments related to IT operational auditing, financial auditing (as applicable), and ITGC SOX compliance
• Assist in the developing and executing of IT Compliance audit procedures, schedules, priorities and programs for achieving audit objectives and goals
• Participate in special assignments as deemed necessary
• Ensure that recommendations are clearly presented to and agreed to by management
• Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders; become a trusted advisor using technical expertise, practical recommendations; and assist the business to understand where prioritized focus on key risks and compliance matters is required.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in external/internal audit and/or risk (ideally with a professional services firm) including IT general controls, automated controls, regulatory compliance, service organization controls reporting, and/or IT risk management with a minimum of 12+ years' experience.
• Experienced with ITGC SOX required
• Knowledge of global frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, PCI and PCAOB Auditing Standards.
• Have gained strong technology risk and controls knowledge.
• Information systems audit experience required
• Exposure to various technologies and IT environments required
• Education: Bachelor or Masters degree with an emphasis in accounting, information systems or finance
• CPA, CISA, or CIA preferred but would consider candidate with right skillset
