Job Description

Position reports to:State Lead. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Catalyst (PMU) project in Nagaland.

Provide detailed updates and progress reports directly to the State Lead as required.

Design and implement monitoring strategies to ensure program compliance and timely achievement of project goals.

Support budget preparation and strategic planning for Vocational Education initiatives, in line with Samagra Shiksha and Lend A Hand Indias objectives.

Conduct regular school visits to monitor and support project activities.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across the education system to promote collaboration and effective communication.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and relevant materials.

Requirements. Desired Qualification. Prior experience in the education sector, particularly with government agencies, is preferred.

Proven experience in data analysis, project monitoring, and reporting on government programs.

Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.

Process Competency. Report Writing:Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and well-structured reports that effectively communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Managing data in excel and Google apps:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work on large datasets, perform complex calculations, and create visualizations such as charts and graphs.

Experience with Google Apps, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive, for collaborative data management and document sharing.

Proven ability to establish trust and rapport quickly with individuals at all levels, from senior leadership to front-line staff, ensuring effective communication and mutual respect. Skilled in fostering long-term partnerships by consistently engaging in meaningful dialogue, supporting shared goals, and celebrating collective achievements. Actively seeks feedback and is open to new ideas, encouraging a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
