Lemon Technologies - C# Developer - .Net Ecosystem (4-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of C# developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Translate user stories and requirements into functional and efficient C# applications.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable C# code with a focus on performance, quality, and user experience.

- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical problems, devising effective solutions.

- Champion best practices and coding standards, conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality, organization, and automation.

- Collaborate effectively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.

- Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to streamline development processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in C# and the .NET ecosystem, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

- Provide technical leadership and make critical decisions throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in C# and its ecosystem (experience with specific .NET versions a plus)

- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns

- Experience in building reusable C# libraries

- Familiarity with concurrency patterns in C#

- Experience with relational databases (e.g. , Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)

- Familiarity with web application frameworks (e.g. , Nancy) and potentially others

- Proficient in Windows Presentation Framework (WPF/WCF)

- Experience with automated testing platforms and unit testing

- Proficient in code versioning tools (e.g. , Git)

- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and practices
