Roles & Responsibilities:

• Delegate the workload to the modelers comprising of teams from other Disciplines.
• Coordinate and manage BIM project datasets/workflow and project set-up.
• Create federated model from different discipline models for BIM coordination activities
• Coordinating clash detection and resolution activities.
• Daily model management administration, maintenance and assurance.
• Provide oversight on workflow within the project and coordinate with BIM Manager to any found issues
• Support the engineers with issues related to drawing standards and usage of BIM softwares
• Mentor the BIM modelers with any queries they have and to assist with modelling when required
• Ensure the latest model is always up to date and correctly stored in the common data environment
• Able to coordinate with lead engineers and other disciplines
• Develop skills in managing large and complex BIM Project
• Able to setup/develop new BIM model projects, maintain workability and efficiency
• Oversee drawing production that adheres to company/project standard and procedure (ie. BEP)
• Undertake coordination with Senior Design Engineers and design leads in the Lead Offices
• Check and verify that quality requirements have been achieved.
• Provide Advanced BIM training on softwares and BIM processes to the team
• Check all members of the project team are following the BIM Standards/BIM Execution Plan/ISO 19650 standards.
• Direct, monitor and participate in new developments and enhancements in support of Project and Client requirements.
• Helping the project utilize the data that it creates, maximizing the use of dashboards to get information into the hands of the project

Required Skills:

• Experience working with Revit, Inventor, Aveva E3D and Navisworks.
• Understanding the relevant Digital/BIM standards (ISO19650 or previously PAS1192) is desired.
• Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices.
• Basic knowledge of Water and Wastewater Area / Domain.
• Collaborative Skills with Clients, Stakeholders, Project Management and Design Teams.
• Good Spoken English and written English is essential.
