About the Position:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with designing engaging visuals for digital and print media, working closely with senior designers and other departments to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of graphic designs for marketing materials, social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, and other brand collateral.
• Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and refine creative strategies.
• Support the design team and the marketing team in executing projects, ensuring designs are visually appealing and aligned with the brands identity.
• Work with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Prepare and format designs for both print and digital use, ensuring proper file formats and specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and creativity.
• Drafting and Scheduling Social media posts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your graphic design work is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, and video editing.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, etc.).
