Ensuring regulatory compliance : The Legal Officer ensures that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations, such as employment law, health and safety regulations, and data protection legislation. 4. Developing policies and procedures : The Legal Officer develops and reviews policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with legal requirements and best practices. 5.
