Role & responsibilities

1. Non-Litigation

• Assist in drafting, scrutiny and vetting of agreements/deeds including but not limited to Loan Agreements NDA, SPA, leave and license agreements, notices, policies, terms and conditions, affidavits, MOU, indemnity bond and basic investment agreements;
• Handling Trade Mark, Legal Metrology related matters under guidance of seniors.
• Handling all documentation part related to Legal Dpt.
• Assist senior/HOD in day to day activities of Legal Dpt. and to do all assignments as and when given by senior/HOD.
• To act as POC of Legal Dpt. and co-ordinate with HOD and all stakeholders for smooth functioning of department

2. Litigation

• To personally attend all litigation matters (at session courts, magistrate courts), police stations or other government offices etc.
• Handling all litigation related matters and corresponding documentations, co-ordination with appointed Advocates for development of matter, its date and stage,
• Co-ordinating with appointed Advocates for development of matter, its date and stage.
• Assist in draft and serve legal notices on behalf of the company.
