Legal Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including registrations, approvals, and compliance with RERA guidelines.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues affecting the organization.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and opinions.
• Support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
• Assist in the resolution of disputes and claims as required.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in real estate law with a focus on RERA compliance.
• Candidate should be know Gujarati language.
