Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress and needs, and provide guidance on how to support their child's learning at home.Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress, attendance, and other important information.Knowledge of child development theories and early childhood education practices.Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
