Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, project management, and construction oversight. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop design concepts, create construction documents, and ensure the successful execution of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of architectural plans and layouts under the supervision of senior architects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and models for various stages of design development.
• Support the preparation of construction documents, including working drawings, specifications, and other project-related materials.
• Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participate in client meetings and project discussions, contributing ideas and feedback during the design process.
• Assist in managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Maintain accurate and organized project files, documentation, and records.
• Stay current with architectural trends, software tools, and industry innovations to contribute to the firms growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,Lumion,plotted Development , Master planning and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methods.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating design abilities, creativity, and technical skills.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for architectural design.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to work under and meet deadlines on time.
• Experience or knowledge in sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software.
