Visual Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation and multimedia, excellent design skills, and a proven track record of creating visually compelling designs across various media.

The Visual Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to create design assets, including sales decks, whitepapers, case studies, and research papers.
Produce product demo videos and motion graphic videos for sales presentations and social media campaigns.
Revamp social media content, sales decks, and eBook designs to improve engagement and conversions.
Create and deliver offline and online collateral for event campaigns.
Design website assets, including product images and GIFs.
Build and maintain a library for social media, eBooks, and decks to achieve design consistency.
Templatize recurring client marketing work to reduce turnaround time.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Animation & Multimedia or a related field.
2-3 years experience as a Visual Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
Strong storytelling and campaign management skills.
Experience in brand design, presentation design, and motion graphics.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
