Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Ready-to-Wear Ethnic Womenswear Designer at Leeisha Designs Pvt Ltd in Ghaziabad. The Designer will be responsible for designing and creating ethnic wear collections, developing new design concepts, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring product quality and consistency.

Minimum experience of 2-3 years in relevant job role.

Qualifications-

-Proficiency in garment designing, sketching, and pattern making

-Knowledge of fabrics, trends, and color theory

-Understanding of embroidery techniques

-Experience in designing ethnic wear and creating cohesive collections

-Strong attention to detail and creativity

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

-Degree in Fashion Design or related field

-Pro-active. Need to work with the Production teams. Good with excels.

-Team player and works well under pressure.
