Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure capturing of training-related data of programs conducted at all formulation units.

2. Ensure invoices are received for the programs, share with locations as per tracker, and coordinate with location teams to process payments and update the status of payments.

3. Alpha testing of LMS modules before publishing.

4. Administration of LMS Disprz.

5. Generate reports from Disprz LMS to update adoption status.

6. Updating the training tracker as per programs scheduled and generating weekly reports.

7. Support in executing Employee Engagement activities at the Corporate office.

Support arranging training materials for in-house, outbound, and Manthan batches
