Presales Executive

1. Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored
solutions.
Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs, pain points, and
business objectives.
Present technical aspects of Leapswitchs offerings, including CloudJiffy, Bare-Metal
Servers, and CloudPe.com, to prospective clients.
2. Solution Design:
Design and recommend cloud, server, and hybrid infrastructure solutions based on
customer requirements.
Create and deliver customized proposals, solution architectures, and cost estimates.
Map customer requirements to Leapswitch s products and services, ensuring alignment
with best practices.
Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC):
Lead product demonstrations and POC implementations to showcase the value of our
solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful POC delivery and troubleshooting.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents.
Provide in-depth technical training and enablement for the sales team.
Address customer objections and articulate solutions that highlight competitive
advantages.
Market and Product Expertise:
Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud computing, IaaS, and virtualization
technologies.
Provide feedback to product teams to align offerings with market demands and customer
expectations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
Experience:
5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related technical role in cloud or hosting
industries.
Strong experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., , VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack).
Knowledge of containerization and PaaS solutions like Kubernetes and CloudJiffy.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in cloud and server technologies, including IaaS, networking, storage, and
security.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate technical details into business value propositions.
