social media manager

• you have the knack to create content that gains solid traction and help transform this into real numbers
• you collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders while executing social + brand marketing initiatives across platforms
• you really get our vibe, tone, and positioning as a brand and are passionate about our mission

this role is based in our hq in gurgaon

you would be a great fit for this role if:

• you have 1-3 years of experience with ideating and executing a brands end-to-end social media calendar and strategy
• you are comfortable with conceptualising static and visual content across our socials i.e. meta,instagram, linkedin, x (and know what platform we should focus on, when)
• you have experience with project managing all social deliverables for the month. for leap.club this includes our monthly events, flagship experiences eg: leap (af)fair and new product launches
• you have exceptional communication skills and are comfortable with writing short form and long-form content (who needs a copywriter when you got me!)
• you are comfortable operating with pace, are great at working with multiple teams and have the ability to operate methodically to smash deadlines - including some weekends!
