Business Development Manager/ BDM/ Sales/ Marketing/ Center Manager

We need a Business development Manager/ Center Manager for Shamyaan Group of Companies. This requirement is for one of company Bodacious Academy, a reputed Beauty academy located at Kasba, Kolkata.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage business development activities to drive revenue growth for the organization.
  Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, market share, and customer acquisition.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Counselling & Guidance:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on available courses.
• Assist in suggesting the right courses based on student interests and career goals.

Admissions Management:

• Handle inquiries through phone and walk-ins.
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

Course Coordination:

• Schedule classes and communicate updates to students and faculty.
• Maintain a detailed calendar for various batches and programs.
• Team Management

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in education industry (BD/BDE/Sales/Marketing).
• Strong understanding of academic counseling, admission counseling, career counseling, educational marketing, educational sales, and student counseling.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
