Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers by diagnosing and repairing issues with automobiles, auto components, and industrial equipment.
  
• Conduct technical services such as maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of complex machinery.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring problems and implement corrective actions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer feedback.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in after sales service or related field (automobile service engineering).
  
• Strong knowledge of automobile components, automobiles, industrial equipment/machinery repair & maintenance procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers; ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  
• Ability to analyze problems critically; identify solutions quickly using logical thinking.
