Must Have Agile , JAVA , MicroservicesAdditional Skills Minimum of 8+ years of experience Has an Advanced level of theoretical knowledge and production experience in Java, Micro services.Able to directly communicate in areas of requirements gathering and refinement, doing demonstrations, showing results of own workUnderstanding of Software engineering best practices and use of design patternsDeveloping the code based on the coding standards and architecture guidelinesCode reviews and guidance to the team membersHas experience in creating efficient unit/acceptance/integration testsWorking knowledge of Agile developmentWorks with Delivery Lead, and Scrum Masters to facilitate planned releasesSupport in the testing, training and implementation phases of projectsHands-on experience in handling non-functional requirements (i.e. performance, security, etc.)Able to interact with multiple interface teams and ensure that the functionality is working end-to-endGood communication & analytical skillsEnsuring high quality deliverables, working closely with cross functional teams in different time zones.
