Job Description
- Own release planning and release cadence across Icertis portfolio products (Platform, Apps, Verticals).
- Capacity planning and managing scope (change communication) across multiple workstreams.
- Manage release risks with mitigation plans and dependencies across workstreams to ensure predictive and quality release.
- Communicate crucial release plans and changes to stakeholders for on time visibility.
- Measure and monitor progress of software increment to achieve a timely release with quality standards and release gates.
- Communicating necessary release/program details to business teams.
- Conducting product GA readiness and milestone reviews with value chain functions within the organization.
- Work with product workstreams during the release to ensure release artifacts are validated prior to sign off.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate processes and success patterns across different functions.
- Manage product increment awareness through release enablement and support through patch/hotfix deliverables.
- Develop in-depth understanding of the priorities of the product team you support and lead your team in providing data driven recommendations.
- Manage and maintain release dashboards for organization level visibility of release programs.

- Program manages vendor/partner relationship, negotiate contracts, create standards for the vendors(SOPs, Operating/engagement model, RACI, artifacts),and finding the best available vendors.
- Work with vendor on pre-requisite documents (MSA, SOW, IP protection etc.) to be signed.

- 12+ years of related experience in program/release management function, vendor management, product/solution areas and customer requirements and usage.
- Proven leadership skills; self-motivated and a self-starter with a Can do attitude.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed and able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong partnering and influencing skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization including senior leaders.
- Ability to adapt, be flexible and responsive to dynamic situations.
- Understanding of agile and product engineering best practices and processes.
