Organize experiments involving transformer-based models: Data/resource efficient finetuning (such as LoRA, p-tuning), few/zero-shot/instruction prompting, and more are included in the LLaMA2, WizardLM, FlanT5, and RAG approaches
Create elements such as long/short-term memory, an open-ended dialogue generative model, goal-oriented chatting, intent classifiers, named entity extractors, and response ranking
Display a keen interest in NSFW LLM and keep up with the current developments
To improve business results, run tests using different models and data sets
Enable the team to collect data using machine learning algorithms and analytics to iterate and produce better results
Incorporate generative voice services from third parties
Work with the chat experience product team and answer to the CEO directly
Display a thorough understanding of NLP/conversational AI and a keen interest in tackling challenges that lack a clear solution
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Demonstrable experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Extensive knowledge of conversational Chatbot and dialogue engines
2+ years of management experience overseeing a related engineering team
In-depth knowledge of NLP, particularly keeping up with new concepts and reading academic articles
Strong comprehension of scalable AI architecture development and generative text
Prior NSFW experience is desirable, but vital to be comfortable with the industry's nature
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
