Evalueserve - Leader - Risk Transformation (12-20 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management leader to support key clients in driving their Risk Transformation journey. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting clients in Financial Services, helping them navigate complex business environments with technology driven solutions.

- Managing strategic accounts for the LoB & work closely with clients to understand their specific business needs and objectives.

- Leverage and build advisory relationships with senior and C-level client executives that anchor long-term sustainable engagements with Evalueserve that are focused on strategic and priority areas

- Partner with sales team to identify potential opportunities and support new business growth. Attend client meetings along with other Sales/Ops team members (as necessary), both as coaching opportunities and to expand Evalueserve reach by elevating relationships

- Oversee and lead client engagement - reach out to new clients, take lead in pitching new solutions to showcase value added analysis/new solutions to clients

- Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to develop and execute the business strategy in alignment with the company's overall mission and LoB goals

- Planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the designing, development, testing, and deployment of monthly / weekly / quarterly releases of an application /product. Performing detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing the solution

- Maintaining an aggregate view of projects, report progress, and provide input from a technology perspective. Responsible for the scoping, planning, budgeting, and forecasting a release. Maintaining resource forecast that matches the aggregate demand profile here

What we're looking for:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any of the following disciplines: finance, mathematics, physics, or engineering from a reputed university

- 12+ years of experience either in Quantitative areas of either Consulting, Big 4s or Banks.

- Excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders in various geographies.

- Demonstrable experience in delivering complex risk / finance IT applications and the ability to deliver quality work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Experience in developing secured and high-performance risk / finance IT applications for banks or financial institution

- Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies, primarily agile / scrum, Expertise in the agile project management tool

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high performing teams.
