Requirements

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent OR combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in application architecture with Salesforce Cloud development.
10+ years of IT experience
Experience in managing and handling multiple medium/complex Salesforce implementation projects
Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design
Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL
Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with project automation technology: Jenkins, automated unit testing, Maven, Ant
Active Salesforce Certifications with any of the following: Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Technical Architect, Salesforce Data Architecture Management Designer, Salesforce Sharing Visibility Designer, Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick/Apptus) and CloudCraze/Demandware implementation experience preferred.
Up to 30% travel to project locations or client sites, as necessary

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES :

Working knowledge of multiple web and application tier technologies: Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic, Apache HTTP, open source packages
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with client senior management
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback
