Hot press operator

Laxmi Timber Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Hot Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining hot press machinery, with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in operating machinery, preferably in the plywood industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and endurance, with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
