Engineer - Technical & Tender

Tender Preparation & Management:

Review and understand client tender requirements, specifications, and technical documents.
Prepare technical proposals and submit competitive, accurate, and compliant bids in response to tender requests.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure the bid meets all client requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations, materials, and services for inclusion in the tender response.
Manage and track the tender submission process, ensuring deadlines are met.
