IT Project Manager (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Execution :

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.

- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

- Utilize project management tools (i.e., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track progress and manage tasks.

Stakeholder Management :

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project updates.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Risk Management :

- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Proactively address project issues and resolve conflicts.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

- Generate regular project reports for stakeholders and management.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3-4 years of experience in IT project management.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
