Job Description:

As a Visual Designer at Shriram Finance Limited, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms. Leveraging your expertise in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, you will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

UI/UX: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces for Web, mWeb and Mobile Applications. Utilise Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with project requirements.

Visual Design: Develop high-quality visual designs using Photoshop and Illustrator when required for visual identities, ensuring consistency in branding, typography, and overall aesthetics.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers and team mates to translate design assets into functional interfaces, considering technical feasibility and optimization. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared, and feedback is valued to achieve collective project objectives.

Documentation: Explore, Create and Manage both new and existing Design Systems to facilitate seamless collaboration and maintain consistency across projects.

Requirements:

• 1-6 Years of experience in UI/UX & Visual design across B2B and B2C product lines.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with demanding cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and design processes that overcome legitimate user roadblocks.
• Surface-level understanding of front-end development technologies and their implications on design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects when required in the growth phase.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences
