Should have experience of atleast 1 year in Prior Authorization or Pre Authorization of US Healthcare process.

Shift: Night Shift (6.30pm to 3.30am)

Salary upto 50k Per Month.

One way cab + Rs. 2000 Transportation allowance is provided. For 2 way, Rs. 4000 is the Transport allowance

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide accurate product/ service information to the customer, research available documentation including authorization, nursing notes, medical documentation on client's systems, interpret explanation of benefits received, etc. prior to making the call.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits online or by phone.
• Updates insurance policy information in EMR as required, such as completion of Notification of Benefits form.
• Verify receipt of all necessary pre-authorization documents prior to treatment.
• Responsible for pre-certification of patient appointments and procedures according to Therapy Services protocols. Required Candidate profile.
• Review clinical documents for prior authorization/pre-determination submission purposes.
• Contact Insurance companies to request pre-authorization for procedures scheduled.
• Prior authorization request through the Insurance web portal is preferred.
