Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients on ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP, Oracle, and other ERP platforms.
- Assist in implementing new ERP solutions.
- Offer training sessions to end-users on ERP system functionality and provide guidance on best practices for system usage.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP projects within given timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in an IT industry or similar field (preferably with exposure to ERPs).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc or B.Tech/B.E.).
- Strong understanding of ERP Implementation, ERP Training, ERP Support, ERP System & ERP Functional knowledge.
