Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Encanto by Lansum & MK Realty Project Experience Center, Financial District, Hyderabad

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Head

Job Summary:

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Head in achieving sales targets, managing the sales processes, and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves strategizing sales initiatives, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Head in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet target sale volumes.

- Analyse trends and provide reports to management.

- Support in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.

- Handle key client relationships and address customer inquiries and concerns.

- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

- Assist in setting pricing strategies and sales promotions in alignment with company objectives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

- Min. 3+ years of proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in Hyderabad real estate.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable plans.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
