Program Lead Engineer - Enterprise Applications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevSecOps Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business applications, Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub expertise, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise, and a proven track record in planning, roadmap development, strategy, and execution. This role also requires the ability to lead partners and drive successful project outcomes.

• Design and implement DevSecOps solutions for business applications, ensuring security and compliance are integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Provide expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and collaboration tools.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate and streamline infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring successful project execution.
• Lead and manage relationships with partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevSecOps and related technologies.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 12+ Years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience as a Senior DevSecOps Lead engineer, with a focus on business applications, ADO, and GitHub.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and related tools.
• Excellent planning, roadmap development, and strategy execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage partners and project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
