Jewellery Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry that matches their style, preferences, and budget.
• Provide detailed product knowledge about different types of jewelry, including diamonds, gold, silver, and gemstones.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions accurately.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
• Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and market demands.
• Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and patience.
• Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and restocking displays as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and luxurious shopping experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
• Passion for jewelry and an eye for detail.
• Ability to handle high-end clients with a customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and certifications is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi is beneficial.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
