Lab Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct lab tests, including biochemistry, clinical pathology, haematology, serology, histopathology, cytopathology, and microbiology.
  
• Prepare samples for testing and analyze results to provide accurate diagnoses.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  
• Collaborate with medical professionals to discuss test results and develop treatment plans.
  
• Participate in quality control measures to maintain high standards of testing accuracy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience as a Lab Technician or related field (B.Sc + MLT).
  
• Strong knowledge of biochemistry, clinical pathology, haematology, serology, histopathology, cytopathology, and microbiology principles.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hospital setting.
