Roles and Responsibilities

Reports

• Daily LAN/WAN Incident report
• Daily checklist report
• Monitor the dashboard and update of WAN link report.
• Daily call report regarding network support. Call resolution report to be published.
• Monitor the traffic logs by tracert command on daily basis.
• Updating Handover & Takeover sheet
• Weekly report of IT Ticketing tool
• Creation of incident report for each of the Network switch failure.
• Monthly downtime LAN-WAN Report.
• Monthly IT Ticketing tool call report of Network related calls
• KEDB report on Quarterly basic
• Maintain & update of VoIP Records in IT Inventory system including Excel Sheet for any of the changes including addition / removal of VoIP Phone.
• Maintain & update on of Access point related records IT Inventory system including Excel Sheet with model number, serial number and host name.

Update & Maintenance of the change implementer sheet which includes date / Time / Engineer name. Activity includes Addition / Deletion of any Network Switch

CUCM Server Management
LAN Device management

Wireless System management

Inventory:

• Maintenance & Update of spare management sheet. Update of records regarding active & standby Assets.
• Maintenance & Update the Asset inventory of all Network Active devices and keep it updated for any changes in IT Inventory Solution including but not limited to MITS, BIN Card System.
• Maintenance & update the Asset inventory like Intercom number, Ownership details & Location of intercom of all Telephone devices IT Inventory Solution including but not limited to CUCM Server, MITS, BIN Card System & Excel Sheet
• Addition or Removal of Telephone details in CUCM Server.

Update Change Management related activities in system
