Job Description
- Design and develop Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs) for UAV applications , ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Conduct simulations and modeling of ESC performance under various flight conditions.
- Develop and implement firmware for ESCs, ensuring robust communication protocols with flight controllers.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of ESC prototypes, including thermal, electrical, and mechanical assessments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ESC performance and integration.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Person should have:
- Proven experience in the design and development of ESCs or similar electronic systems.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, motor control, and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with UAV dynamics, flight control systems, and RF communication protocols.
- Proficient in CAD tools for circuit design (e.g., Altium, Eagle).
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink) for modeling and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with programming languages such as C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Knowledge of safety standards and certifications related to UAV systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for UAV operations.
