Quality Assurance & Control

Required Experience & Certification:

• Certification in Lead auditor course is desirable
• Should have relevant Inspection experience in various electrical items used in oil and gas projects
• Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and gas industries

ROLE DISCRIPTION:

1. Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements,
2. Preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records
3. Review and approval of Supplier Quality Control plan and other testing procedure.
4. Review of vendor technical offer & Participate in pre and post order supplier meetings
5. Co-ordination with PMC , TPIA and Vendor for inspection
6. Carry out inspection of critical stages of Electrical items
7. Reviewing test certificates, maintaining quality records, audits/ surveillance of suppliers,
8. Co-ordination with construction site for resolution of non-conformity on supplied material.
