Job Description
- Experience:
- 2 to 6 years in machining or process industries.
- Technical Expertise:
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Experience with implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines.
- Expertise in advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization.
- Skilled in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls.
- Proficiency in design tools, including CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving:
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving shop floor challenges in daily operations.
- Capable of analyzing and executing tasks based on engineering drawings, procedures, reference sketches, weld plans, test plans, shift schedules, and planning documents.
- Standards & Compliance:
- Knowledge of ISO standards, including QMS (Quality Management System), EMS (Environmental Management System), and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety).
- Work Flexibility:
- Willingness to work in rotating or multiple shifts as required.
