Job Summary:

We are hiring skilled Data Scientists to handle data preparation, analysis, and feature engineering for healthcare AI models. The role includes exploring healthcare datasets, driving insights, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Preparation and Management:

• Clean and preprocess structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.
• Design data pipelines and workflows to streamline machine learning processes.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Feature Engineering and Analysis:

• Develop features that enhance the performance of AI/ML models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights.
• Optimize data inputs for generative models.

Statistical Modeling:

• Build statistical models to validate the accuracy and reliability of datasets.
• Use predictive modeling techniques to support AI applications in healthcare.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to align data preparation with modeling needs.
• Present findings through data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of big data tools like Spark and Hadoop.

Healthcare Knowledge:

• Familiarity with EHR systems and coding standards (ICD, CPT).
• Understanding of healthcare ontologies and clinical data formats.

Additional Skills:

• Strong visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Knowledge of data lake and warehouse solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
