Job Summary

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
• networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
• understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue
• targets and expand market share.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to
• prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities,
• and customer preferences.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular
• updates to management.

Client Call Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients to inform them about all our services.
• Respond to questions about the services and the company.
• Follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain a database and keep a record of calls and notes.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns,
• both online and offline.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content, promotional
• materials, and advertisements.
• May also be involved in Organising and participating in events,
• trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• and suggest improvements.
• Social Media Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across
• platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos,
• and written posts, tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and
• opportunities to interact with the audience.
• Analyse social media metrics and prepare performance reports
• to guide future strategies.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and
• best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related
• field preferable.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or social media management
• (2-4 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media
• platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and analyse reports using tools like Google Analytics
• and CRM software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative
• campaigns.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple
• projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative
• Suite) is a plus.
