Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic engineers who align with our core values to grow with us.
- Sales Support and Administration:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Coordinate and track sales orders, process sales documentation, and manage sales databases or CRM systems.
Customer Relationship Management: - Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Team Coordination: - Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring seamless information flow.
Sales Performance Reporting: - Prepare and maintain sales reports, track sales performance metrics, and provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the sales team and management.
Sales Process Improvement: - Identify areas for process improvement within the sales cycle and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
Assist in implementing sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
