Altudo - Consultant - Corporate Strategy (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a Lead Strategy person to drive the development and execution of our long-term strategic vision and help achieve key business objectives. In this role, you will evaluate organizational performance, identify growth opportunities, and design initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and sustainable competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, coupled with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

As a Lead Strategy, you should bring a solid foundation in research, exceptional analytical capabilities, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Requirement:

- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- 2-4 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.

- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.

- Excellent in tools - MS Office, Asana, JIRA , ERP, Zoho CRM

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Project management skills & Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.

- Ability to look at situations from multiple perspectives and break-down problems into smaller components

- Ability to consider underlying causes and think through the consequences of different courses of action

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and forecast long-term market trends.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust as necessary.

- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify competitive positioning, customer trends, and market shifts.

- Provide recommendations based on insights gained from data-driven analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry reports.

- Excellent understanding of project management principles

- "Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

- Facilitate innovation workshops and design thinking sessions to co-create solutions with internal teams and clients.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for executive leadership, board members, and investors.

- Serve as a strategic advisor for senior management, offering insights on market dynamics and emerging business models.
