Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in civil engineering, particularly in the context of government hospital projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects, with a primary focus on ensuring the successful completion of projects within scope, budget, and schedule, while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of civil construction projects, with a focus on government hospital infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial constraints.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation, including procurement, resource allocation, construction activities, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil construction projects, preferably in the government Hospital Building .
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and project teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.) is desirable.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and policies related to public infrastructure projects is preferred.
