Assistant Manager IT Systems Infra

Role :-

The role is to manage efficiently IT operational and systems as per business requirement and for growth strategies at HO and its other locations. Overall support for IT management, operation of system and infrastructure, ensure compliance and efficient function of backup system, security of database also various ERP modules in system

Responsibilities :-

• Development and implementation of systems, policies, processes, procedures, controls covering all areas of IT as per business plans and growth planning
• Ensure that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner
• Design, develop, and implement Key IT processes / packages.
• Develop and ensure adherence to the systems plan which clearly defines the company standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software and interconnection of network information systems
• Effectively manage system recovery plans in the event of power failure, damage to system, etc.
• Monitor Annual IT contracts timely renewals and services
• IT Help operational support for Tickets raised, and training, Tally, HRMS and other business process improvement
• Stay abreast of latest technology, equipment, and terms of service agreements to minimize the financial investment required to meet established service levels and procurement of consumables
• Internet lease line, security fireball monitoring
• Assist in Oversee and manage of IT Hardware
• Support in Server Management

- ERP Management for database - Application controls, information of all department
processes, patching and securing servers, housing keeping of server space management

• Firewall Management
• Domain Management - Emails, Website, Licensing of all softwares (Microsoft, Adobe, CAD, etc..)
• Vendor Management for ERP system, Network, Barcode, Laptops WAN etc.
• Data backup and disaster recovery
• Microsoft Office 365 administration
• SAP user authorization.
• Desktop Support
• Laptop/Desktop Installations
• Printers, Scanners, Routers, Switches troubleshooting

Looking for :-

Looking for candidate from Manufacturing industry, having exposure in managing software and hardware system. Supervisory experience of working in SAP manufacturing and related industry. Good knowledge of standards of equipments and technical expertise, team collaboration and decision making skills.
